Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS while processing cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop and suggest new beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and cater to diverse customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality venues. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently without compromising quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events such as banquets or nightclubs.
