Barista - Assistant Coffee House Manager

Henning’s Market is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Assistant Coffee House Manager to help lead our Coffee House Team! We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can help create a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Assist the Coffee House Manager with daily operations and team supervision Lead by example by providing exceptional guest service Prepare and serve specialty coffees, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, bowls, and other menu items Train, motivate, and support team members to maintain high standards of service and quality Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and product replenishment Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Coffee House environment Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Help resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently What We're Looking For Previous experience in food service, coffee shops, or a similar environment Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced environment Dependable, positive, and willing to take initiative Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends If you enjoy leading a team, delivering great customer service, and creating a positive environment for both guests and coworkers, we'd love to hear from you!
