Backroom Delivery Driver
Flowers by Randolph, LLCBackroom Delivery Driver Flowers by Randolph is a family-owned and operated florist looking for a dependable, hardworking Backroom Delivery Driver to join our team! This is a hands-on position that combines delivery driving, backroom support, and helping keep our flower shop running smoothly. Pay $18–$22 per hour , depending on experience. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently deliver flowers, plants, arrangements, and other orders to customers Load and unload delivery vehicles Handle flowers and arrangements carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition Assist with organizing and maintaining the shop's backroom Receive, move, and organize floral supplies and products Help prepare orders for delivery Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized Assist the florist and shop staff with general backroom tasks Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries Follow delivery schedules and directions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Reliable and punctual Able to safely lift and carry floral arrangements, boxes, buckets, and supplies Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks throughout the day Good communication and customer-service skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be available to work Saturdays Must be willing to work some holidays, especially during busy floral holidays Previous delivery, warehouse, floral, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For The right person is someone who is reliable, hardworking, responsible, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
