AZ/DZ/G Tow Truck Driver

About the Role We are seeking a full-time Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety‑focused, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles Provide professional customer service in a variety of roadside situations Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth operations Recover, transport, and deliver vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, and private properties Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with trucks or equipment Safely load and unload vehicles, including those requiring specialized handling (e.g., forklifts or machinery) Maintain accurate logs, reports, and towing documentation Assist with vehicle repairs or maintenance when required What We’re Looking For Valid Ontario driver’s license ( AZ/DZ preferred , or willingness to obtain) Clean driver’s abstract Clean criminal record check (required for CAA and Police contracts) Tow Operator certification preferred — training available for the right candidate Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair or equipment maintenance is highly desirable Customer service experience is an asset Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, evenings and weekends Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills Why Join Us Supportive, team‑first environment New trucks, steady work, and strong earning potential Ongoing safety, skills, and professional development Opportunities for motivated drivers to grow their earnings A company that values professionalism, reliability, and teamwork Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Benefits: Extended health care Work Location: In person
