Aviation Warehouse Operations Coordinator
Flock SafetyLocation Atlanta, GA Employment Type Full time Location Type On-site Department Operations Compensation $21 – $24 per hour Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. During your call with one of our recruiters, they can further clarify the salary range and our total compensation. Overview The Problem Deployments for Flock’s aviation hardware are expanding across communities as more agencies adopt drone technology. Delivering those systems reliably requires hands-on warehouse operations that turn dozens of complex sub-components into complete, field-ready hardware packages. You will keep this pipeline moving, preparing every order so field technicians have every cable, mount, and assembly ready to install out of the box. What You'll Own Assemble Dock 3 units and associated platform hardware to prepare each system for field deployment. Kit and package customer-facing orders of up to 50 individual SKUs, including specialized cables, mounts, and accessories, with precise attention to detail. Manage inbound and outbound logistics by receiving shipments, staging materials, and coordinating timely freight handoffs. Maintain accurate stock records by serializing all received aviation hardware and conducting regular cycle counts. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to stage inventory and maintain an organized workspace. Respond promptly to tactical updates and shipping requests across internal communication channels to prevent deployment delays. What This Role is Not This is not a specialized single-function warehouse position; you will handle receiving, assembly, kitting, inventory tracking, and shipping across the entire aviation product line. This is not a remote or desk role, as daily work takes place on-site in the warehouse preparing physical equipment. This isn't a software flashing or firmware role, as your responsibilities center on physical hardware assembly, kitting, and material movement. What You Bring Experience working in warehouse logistics, high-volume order fulfillment, or technology hardware distribution. Familiarity managing a large variety of complex SKUs and multi-part hardware kits. Experience operating standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong responsiveness across written communication tools like Slack and email to coordinate rapidly moving orders. Ability to work autonomously and manage daily warehouse operations independently when needed. Compensation In this role, you’ll receive a starting hourly range between $21 and $24 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base pay is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
