Responsibilities Coordinate daily scheduling of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections to maximize shop productivity Communicate clearly with customers about repair timelines, service details, and any additional needs or upselling opportunities Assign work orders to technicians based on skill set, workload, and parts availability Track vehicle progress throughout the day, updating customers and team members regularly Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately at the front desk Assist with inventory management by monitoring parts availability and ordering supplies as needed Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue Requirements Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand repair processes and communicate effectively with technicians Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic sales skills with an aptitude for upselling services and accessories Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
