Automotive Sales & Operations Specialist Value Ride Motors | Full-Time Position Join Our Team – Build Your Career in the Automotive Industry! Value Ride Motors is looking for an energetic, motivated, and versatile individual to join our growing dealership team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for automobiles, and is comfortable balancing sales, administration, and hands-on dealership operations. This is not your typical desk job! You'll be involved in different aspects of the dealership business, gaining valuable experience in automotive sales, inventory management, customer service, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities Automotive Sales & Customer Relations Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Respond to customer inquiries, online leads, and sales opportunities. Conduct vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives. Maintain vehicle listings and assist with dealership marketing activities. Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service. Dealership Administration Support daily office operations and administrative activities. Maintain customer records, vehicle documentation, and sales paperwork. Coordinate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and service schedules. Assist with inventory records and general dealership organization. Vehicle Inventory & Operations Pick up and deliver vehicles from auctions, suppliers, and other locations. Transport vehicles to and from mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs. Coordinate vehicle preparation to ensure inventory is ready for sale. Assist with vehicle washing, detailing, and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, dependable, and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work independently. Comfortable performing both office-based and hands-on tasks. Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms. Automotive or sales experience is an asset, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
