Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily parts department operations, staffing, and workflow Maintain accurate inventory levels, stock orders, and vendor relationships Ensure timely parts fulfillment for service technicians and retail customers Manage parts pricing, invoicing, and warranty return processes Train, coach, and develop parts team members Monitor department performance metrics and implement improvements Uphold a clean, safe, and customerâ€'focused parts environment Qualifications: 3+ years automotive parts experience; management experience preferred Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts Proficiency with DMS/parts catalog systems Excellent communication, leadership, and problemâ€'solving skills Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
