Automotive Parts Manager

We are looking for a motivated leader with strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to effectively manage and develop a Parts Department. Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system, including perpetual and/or annual physical inventories and proper counter procedures. Submit all parts warranty and return claims within required timeframes. Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely availability of parts for internal repairs. Train, develop, and lead Parts Department employees. Complete and maintain required Ford certifications. Qualifications: Previous automotive parts management experience preferred. CDK experience preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
