As our dealership continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, customer-focused team player to join our Parts Department in a hybrid role as a Parts Driver & Part-Time Parts Counterperson . Role Overview This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday. You will spend part of your day delivering automotive parts to local wholesale clients and secondary locations, and the rest assisting retail customers, technicians, and body shops at our parts counter. Key Responsibilities Parts Driver Duties: Transport and deliver automotive parts and accessories safely and punctually to wholesale customers and repair facilities. Inspect shipment orders for accuracy before leaving the dealership. Load and unload delivery vehicles carefully to prevent cargo damage. Maintain clean delivery vehicles and report any routine maintenance needs. Parts Counterperson Duties: Assist retail customers, internal service technicians, and wholesale clients in identifying and purchasing correct Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts. Look up part numbers using specialized dealership electronic catalog systems. Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory on warehouse shelves. Process invoices, handle payments, and maintain accurate inventory records. Qualifications & Requirements Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record (required). Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with auto parts or general vehicle mechanics is strongly preferred. Computer & Tech Skills: Ability to quickly learn parts catalog systems, inventory lookup tools, and dealership management software (DMS experience is a plus). Communication Skills: Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
