Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, and electronic payments with accuracy. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the service department to fulfill orders promptly and ensure proper order fulfillment procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by stocking shelves, managing parts displays, and ensuring all automotive parts are correctly labeled and stored. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, or parts sales is highly preferred; dealership experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair processes. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases. Familiarity with inventory management tools like CMMS and POS systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is beneficial. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order processing. Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory calculations.
