Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Parts Counter Associate, where your enthusiasm for vehicles and customer service will drive success! Your expertise in automotive parts will ensure customers receive accurate and exceptional service. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and replenishing parts using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or POS (Point of Sale) platforms Process sales transactions accurately through cashiering systems while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with professionalism Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with the automotive repair team to ensure timely order fulfillment and availability of parts for service appointments Maintain organized stockrooms, ensure proper labeling, and conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stock shortages or overstocking Experience Proven experience in automotive parts sales or retail sales within a dealership or automotive service environment Knowledge of automotive repair processes, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive systems such as engines, transmissions, brakes, etc. Familiarity with CDK is a plus. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued) to effectively serve diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to negotiate sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships Previous experience working in dealership settings or auto parts stores is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for automotive technology is essential Join us to be part of a fast-paced environment where your mechanical knowledge meets outstanding customer service!
