What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)As a vital backbone of our dealership operations, you will keep our inventory moving and our service department running smoothly by: Owning the Inventory: Manage stock levels, audit dollar inventories for precision, and minimize obsolescence. Supporting the Line: Swiftly locate, price, and supply high-quality parts to our Service Department technicians. Driving Customer Satisfaction: Assist retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phone with top-tier service. Managing the Books: Handle seamless order processing, bill parts directly to repair orders, and manage payments/returns. Maintaining Excellence: Keep the parts department safe, pristine, and perfectly organized. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: 1+ years of automotive parts experience (Dealership environment is a major plus!). Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automotive parts catalogs and inventory management systems. Skills: Sharp organizational skills, great communication, and a customer-first mindset. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Vigor: High school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
