Job Description: The Associate Project Manager (APM) will assist the Senior Project Manager and Project Managers (collectively, PM Team) in tracking, organizing, processing, and promotion of client supplied data and workflows, as well as assist with quality control and guidance of work performed by the Project Analysts (PA Team). The APM’s duties will include serving as a keeper of project reporting on client projects, a daily point of contact for client requests, and queue manager of client priorities. Responsibilities Work with the PA Team on client requests from multiple parties on various matters and escalate to the PM Team as necessary. Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for processing Interpret client needs and PM Team instructions to pass them accurately and efficiently on to the Operations Team Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at Epiq, including proactively informing the client of status updates and known/potential delays Perform higher-level PA Team tasks, such as running complex productions, STRs, and custom requests, with minimal supervision Handle custom non-standard requests that are not standardized, but not complex enough to need PM Team involvement Provide coverage for both PA Team and PM Team as needed due to absences, and assisting the PM Team with on call evening, weekend, and holiday rotations. Perform PM-level Quality Control of work requests submitted to the Operations Team Perform PM-level Quality Control of deliverable to clients and tracking of deliverables Assist PM Team with various custom reporting and tracking for the client Assist PM Team in coordination/management of drives stored and returned Assist in management of client archival requests Conduct training of the PA Team for new hires or transfers to assigned client team Requirements High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms Working knowledge of Relativity including, but not limited to: Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC – Import/Export, Searching, STRs, and Imaging/OCR Sets Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment The Compensation range for this role is $70,000 -$80,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. #1100 Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. #Remote #LI-TP1 Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors: Location-based market rate for the role Your abilities in relation to the job specification Performance during screening and interview Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
