Microshred, LLCWhat we are looking for: We are looking for a full-time employee who is reliable, shows up on time, and works well with others. You must be presentable at all times as you will be the face of MicroShred at Customers locations. You MUST speak English, and while Spanish is not a requirement, it is a plus. Before hiring, MicroShred will run a Federal and State background check as well drug test screenings. This will also check your driver’s record and a clean driving record is mandatory. Please know that throughout the year, we will randomly ask you to go for drug test screening. Job Description: Most of the time you will be on the road helping the drivers service customers. This is a physical job and you MUST be able to carry a minimum of 45lbs. There are times you will be working in MicroShred’s warehouse. There are times we may ask you to drive the Box Truck. There are many days you will be working more than 8 hours and MicroShred does pay time and a half. Pay: This is for an assistant position with the potential to grow into a Driver/Technician Position. As an assistant our rates during our probation period is $16.00 for the first 3 months. After the probation period, we will then raise you to $17.00. From there we will evaluate and raise as needed.
