Assistant Store Manager – H-1B Sponsorship Available

Enson Market Madison Location: Madison, WI Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $45,000–$50,000 per year Schedule: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed About Enson Market Enson Market Madison is looking for a motivated, responsible, and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our management team. Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and overall business management. Help supervise employees and coordinate daily activities across different store departments. Assist with employee scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, receiving, and stock replenishment. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product issues. Monitor sales performance, pricing, merchandising, and promotional activities. Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards. Handle customer concerns and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in developing and improving store procedures and operational efficiency. Prepare basic operational reports and communicate important business updates to management. Ensure employees follow company policies, food safety standards, and workplace procedures. Qualifications No previous management experience required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or grocery environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong teamwork and leadership potential. Bilingual skills (English and Chinese or other languages) are a plus.
