Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager for our new Smalls Sliders location in Blue Springs MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of restaurant management, and a passion for driving sales while maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Supervise and train staff Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Skills Strong inventory management skills to effectively track stock levels and manage replenishment. Excellent shift management capabilities to ensure smooth store operations. Supervising skills that promote team engagement and accountability. Strong math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and financial reporting.
