Assistant Production Scheduler
OHIO ALUMINUMJob Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Production Scheduler to join our team. The position would lead to promotion of scheduler when you have acquired seasoning and skill in this position. Responsibilities You will assist the primary scheduler as they determine our production schedule and meet with customers to discuss delivery plans for products. You will make production plans, enter data and interact with customers directly. You will interact with other members of management to ensure that our products are moving through the plant as quickly as possible. Assist in developing and maintaining master production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints. Utilize ERP systems to update schedules, track inventory, and analyze data. Support demand planning activities by analyzing forecasting data and adjusting schedules accordingly to optimize production flow. Experience Must be organized and professional Must interact well with customers and with employees of our company Must be able to stay stay calm under pressure Technical proficiency with ERP systems , production management systems.
