This is a hands-on leadership-development role. You will start by learning our business from the ground up, including residential, commercial and project window cleaning, customer service, equipment, route execution and sales. Our goal is to develop the right person into an Operations Manager who can eventually help lead our team and run day-to-day field operations. No window-cleaning experience is required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Do Learn residential, commercial route and project window cleaning Provide excellent customer service Learn our quality and safety standards Help maintain equipment, supplies and vehicles Learn how to estimate and sell our services Identify and close sales opportunities Help keep routes and scheduled work on track Train and support newer cleaners as you develop Perform quality-control checks Help solve routine customer and field issues Take on increasing leadership responsibility over time What We're Looking For We are especially interested in someone who has demonstrated high performance in a previous role. You may be a shift lead, assistant manager, crew leader, service technician, team lead or top-performing customer-service employee who is ready for more responsibility. The right person will have: A strong work ethic and track record of high performance Competitive drive and a desire to improve Strong customer-service and communication skills Reliability and personal responsibility Initiative and problem-solving ability Coachability Interest in learning sales Leadership potential A desire to build a career, not just find another job Requirements Valid driver's license Current automobile liability insurance Reliable transportation Ability to safely perform physical, hands-on work Ability to work outdoors Comfort working at heights and using ladders after training Professional communication skills Willingness to learn and follow established safety and quality procedures Compensation & Benefits $18–$20/hour, based on experience 5% commission on qualifying new business personally generated and closed Up to $500 quarterly performance bonus 1 week of paid time off Paid training Company-provided uniforms Monday–Friday daytime schedule Clear path toward Operations Manager Formal compensation review as responsibilities increase Growth Opportunity We believe leaders should understand the work before leading the people who perform it.
