Assembly & Warehouse Associate SnackBOX – Anoka, MN Starting Pay: $18.00/hour Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours No Nights No Weekends About SnackBOX SnackBOX is a growing company that creates and ships snack boxes for individuals, businesses, events, and organizations across the country. We're a small, hardworking team, and we're looking for a dependable, energetic person to join us in our Anoka warehouse. What You'll Do As an Assembly & Warehouse Associate, you'll help with many different parts of our daily warehouse operation, including: Sorting and organizing snacks Folding and preparing SnackBOX packaging Assembling and packing snack boxes Preparing products and orders for shipment Assisting with shipping and order fulfillment Receiving, organizing, and moving inventory Stocking assembly and packing areas Keeping warehouse and work areas clean and organized Assisting with daily cleanup Helping with general warehouse duties as needed Pitching in wherever needed to help the team complete orders on time Our workload can change from day to day, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable moving between different tasks and helping wherever needed. Physical Requirements & Work Environment This is an active, hands-on position. While the work is generally not strenuous, employees spend most of the workday on their feet and moving around the warehouse. The position involves: Standing for extended periods throughout the workday Frequent walking and movement between workstations and warehouse areas Repetitive packing, sorting, folding, and assembly tasks Reaching, bending, and moving products and supplies Lifting and carrying boxes and warehouse materials as needed Working at a steady and efficient pace throughout the day For employee comfort, our assembly and packing stations are equipped with supportive anti-fatigue floor mats. Applicants should be comfortable being on their feet and staying active for most of their shift. This is a great position for someone who enjoys moving around and staying busy rather than sitting at a desk all day. What We're Looking For You don't need years of warehouse experience. Part-time scheduling may be available within our regular daytime operating hours. No nights and no weekends. Employees accrue paid time off in accordance with Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Time requirements. Accrued time may also be used for personal time off under our company policy. Why Work at SnackBOX?
