Our delivery teams are responsible for safely transporting appliances, completing residential deliveries, maintaining professional customer interactions, and ensuring every delivery is completed with care and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities & Duties Safely operate company-provided or assigned 16-foot and 26-foot box trucks, when applicable. Deliver refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and other household appliances to residential customers. Load, unload, transport, and maneuver heavy appliances using proper equipment and lifting techniques. Work alongside a delivery helper to complete scheduled routes efficiently. Follow assigned delivery routes and meet daily delivery expectations. Provide professional and courteous customer service at every delivery location. Protect customers’ homes, flooring, walls, doorways, and property during deliveries. Take required before-and-after photos to document delivery conditions. Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment. Complete delivery documentation and report any damages, delays, or customer concerns to management. Communicate effectively with dispatch and management throughout the workday. Qualifications Valid driver’s license for driver positions. Clean or acceptable driving record. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous delivery, warehouse, transportation, or appliance-handling experience is preferred but not required. Driver Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Delivery Helper Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Work Environment This position involves local and regional delivery operations, residential deliveries, physical labor, and working in a team environment.
