Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist

Job Overview As an Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist, you’ll deliver appliances to customers’ homes and install them safely and carefully. You’ll operate a company vehicle, use hand and power tools, and troubleshoot equipment to complete installations and resolve common issues. You’ll communicate clearly with customers, explain completed work, and help ensure each delivery is handled with care. Duties Deliver appliances and confirm placement with customers before installation. Install appliances, including connecting plumbing and electrical components when qualified and permitted. Use schematics, tools, and mechanical knowledge to inspect equipment, troubleshoot problems, and perform appliance repair or equipment repair. Apply refrigeration knowledge and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) experience to support service tasks. Provide attentive customer service, follow safe ladder-use practices, and document completed work. Your impact: Careful delivery, installation, and troubleshooting help customers use their appliances safely and confidently. Qualifications Required: Valid authorization to operate a company vehicle and the ability to perform delivery duties safely. Preferred: Delivery driver experience, appliance installation or repair, equipment troubleshooting, and equipment repair. Preferred: Electrical experience, plumbing, refrigeration, mechanical knowledge, and experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO). Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, schematics, and ladders; able to follow safety procedures and communicate professionally with customers.
