Appliance Delivery Agent

Overview The Appliance Delivery Agent supports the safe, timely delivery of appliances and provides a helpful customer experience. This hands-on role involves moving and handling heavy items, coordinating deliveries, and working with colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly. Duties Move appliances between warehouse, vehicle, and delivery locations, using safe handling practices when lifting and positioning heavy items. Load and unload deliveries, organize items for efficient routes, and help maintain an orderly warehouse. Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues about delivery progress and handle customer interactions professionally. Optional Skills: operate a forklift when appropriate and support commercial driving duties as assigned. Your impact: Careful handling and clear updates help customers receive their appliances smoothly and enable colleagues to complete deliveries efficiently. Skills Required: Practical moving and heavy-lifting capabilities, clear communication, and customer service skills support safe handling and positive delivery interactions. Preferred: Warehouse experience, and commercial driving experience are advantageous strengths for coordinating, loading, and completing appliance deliveries.
