Apparel Production Associate – Heat Press & Garment Decoration

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our apparel production team. In this role, you'll use commercial heat press equipment to apply logos, names, numbers, labels and other graphics to clothing such as T-shirts, hoodies, jackets and teamwear. If you enjoy hands-on work, are good with your hands and like seeing a finished product come together, this could be a great fit. Previous heat press or apparel-decoration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience in manufacturing, screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, vinyl/sign production, apparel or similar hands-on production work is also valuable. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be producing customized apparel using our heat press equipment. Duties include: Apply logos, names, numbers and labels to apparel using commercial heat presses Position transfers accurately according to production work orders Prepare garments and transfers for production Inspect completed garments for placement, adhesion and overall quality Organize orders to make sure quantities, sizes and customization details are correct Identify and report quality issues before orders are completed Fold, bag and tag finished apparel Assist with picking, packing and inventory when required Keep your production area clean and organized What We're Looking For The right person for this role is: Extremely detail-oriented Comfortable doing repetitive, precise hands-on work Good with their hands and hand-eye coordination Able to accurately follow written production instructions Organized and dependable Comfortable working at a steady pace when deadlines are tight Able to work independently while also helping the production team when needed You must be comfortable standing for much of the workday and occasionally lifting boxes weighing approximately 20–50 lbs. Experience Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not necessarily required: Heat press equipment Apparel decoration DTF or heat transfers Screen printing Embroidery Garment manufacturing Sign or vinyl production Warehouse or production environments Training will be provided on our equipment and production process. 2 x 15 minute breaks are provided, as well as 30 minute lunch break. Both are paid.
