Role Details Work Location – Brampton Shift/Hours – On-site, Monday to Friday, primarily 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some flexibility in start and end times based on operational needs. The full base salary range for this position is from $61,200.00 - $68,000.00 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity. Initial Posting Close Date – October 19, 2026 About This Opportunity Reporting to the Warehouse Inventory Manager, the Inventory Control Analyst works within our warehouses managing and controlling inventory and working through process improvement as necessary. Responsibilities Daily warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, and reconcile against SAP inventory levels Research and reconcile daily inventory variances Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system Identify and report close dated product Manage, conduct, document and report on inventory audits of the distribution centers, production centers, equipment service centers and fleet shops. Lead exit conferences with management Identify and communicate common control opportunities to various levels of Operational Unit Management and ensure action plans are obtainable, implemented and sustained Review and identify areas where Internal Controls can be improved or implemented at an appropriate cost/benefit relationship Become Subject Matter Expert on field level inventory Internal Controls in accordance with the Controls Policy and Procedures Manual Perform facility training on policies, procedures, and controls Manage annual independent inventory schedule for independent inventory counts for Cold Drink Equipment, Cold Drink Equipment Parts, Fleet Parts, Production Parts, Raw Materials, and Full Goods Assist with the training and remediation of all internal control issues that are identified Assist Internal Controls Team and Security Manager on investigations of fraud as needed Manage schedule for inventory training requirements based on annual schedule or as identified based on inventory results Proper Documentation to support all audit activity (Internal Control Audits and Independent Counts) Qualifications Post-secondary education required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Equivalent Business Experience preferred 1 + years' relevant experience required Experience in Manufacturing, or Distribution and Warehouse Operations, Finance or Accounting, or Audit Experience preferred Why work with us?
