Top Tier Logistics LLCOverview As an Amazon Relay Driver, you’ll move freight between facilities and delivery locations using commercial trucks and tractor-trailers. You’ll follow assigned routes, use GPS navigation, and complete pickups and deliveries safely and on schedule. Your impact: Careful driving and cargo handling help customers and logistics teams receive freight reliably. This is an over night position 1 am to 7 am may vary depending on the load. Responsibilities Drive commercial trucks on local and over-the-road (OTR) routes, following dispatch instructions and applicable road rules. Inspect your vehicle and trailer before and after trips; report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly. Secure, load, unload, and verify freight, using safe manual handling practices when needed. Use GPS navigation and route-driving tools to reach stops and adapt to approved route changes. Maintain accurate trip, delivery, and cargo records while following Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Experience Required: Commercial truck driving experience, a valid non CDL driver’s license, and the ability to operate a manual transmission if assigned equipment requires it. Required: Knowledge of safe driving, delivery driving, freight handling, and truck loading and unloading practices. Preferred: Delivery driver experience and familiarity with box truck. Ability to handle freight safely and follow vehicle, cargo, and route procedures.
