Job Summary Harrison's Kitchen & Bar is hiring an Aircraft Parts Associate to support aircraft parts receiving, inventory, storage, order fulfillment, and logistics activities. This role assists with identifying and organizing aviation components, maintaining accurate records, preparing parts for shipment, and following safety, quality, and material-handling procedures. Common Job Roles Aircraft Parts Associate Aviation Parts Associate Aircraft Parts Specialist Aviation Parts Clerk Aircraft Inventory Associate Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize aircraft parts and aviation materials Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, documentation, and shipment information Store aircraft components according to established inventory and handling procedures Pick, pack, and prepare aircraft parts for internal use or shipment Maintain accurate inventory records and update parts tracking systems Use barcode scanners, computers, and inventory management systems as trained Identify damaged, missing, expired, or incorrectly labeled parts and report discrepancies Maintain organized and secure parts storage and warehouse areas Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics teams Prepare shipping documentation and support outbound parts shipments Follow aviation quality, safety, security, and material-handling procedures Maintain accurate records for traceability and inventory control Perform additional aircraft parts and logistics duties assigned by management Requirements Previous aviation, warehouse, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, or parts experience is an asset but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data-entry proficiency Ability to accurately read part numbers, labels, and documentation Ability to lift, carry, and move parts and materials safely Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with aircraft, aviation, automotive, industrial, or mechanical parts Familiarity with inventory management or enterprise resource planning systems Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and material-handling procedures Strong recordkeeping and inventory-control abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Understanding of aviation safety and quality procedures Ability to maintain accurate parts traceability and documentation About the Company Harrison's Kitchen & Bar operates in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
