Aircraft Dispatcher – Part-Time Location: 5 Falcon Dr, Peachtree City, GA 30269 Reports To: Base Manager Employment Type: Part-Time Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour Position Summary US Aviation is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Aircraft Dispatcher to support daily flight operations at our Peachtree City location. This role helps ensure safe, efficient, and well-coordinated flight operations while providing support to students, staff, and maintenance vendors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor flight dispatch operations to support safe and efficient flight activities. Monitor flight operations and ensure compliance with US Aviation’s Safety Practices and Procedures (SPP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Coordinate aircraft scheduling, maintenance timing, and logistics to help minimize aircraft downtime and unnecessary expenses. Communicate with maintenance vendors to coordinate aircraft maintenance and help ensure issues are addressed promptly. Communicate regularly with students and sponsoring colleges regarding upcoming flights, training schedules, and remaining training balances. Proactively identify and help resolve scheduling and training concerns to support students in completing their training on time. Participate in staff meetings and provide updates regarding student concerns, operational issues, and proposed solutions. Maintain accurate and organized dispatch and flight operation records. Perform other duties as assigned by the Base Manager. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external vendors. Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Previous aviation or educational/training experience is preferred but not required.
