Introduction

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the lifting equipment industry to recruit an ADMINISTRATOR/OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to be based in PINETOWN. Salary market related, dependant on experience.

 

OUR CLIENT PROVIDES LIFTING EQUIPMENT DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED FOR HIGH SPEED AND OPTIMUM FLEXIBILITY AS WELL AS REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES, ON A NATIONAL BASIS.

 

Purpose of the Job
 

Support daily operations by coordinating jobs, leads, and internal processes. Act as the central point of communication to ensure smooth workflow across teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

Main Tasks

 

  • Coordinate incoming jobs, leads, and workflow schedules
  • Maintain records, documentation, and job tracking systems
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and basic reports
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure tasks are completed
  • Assist with general office administration and filing
  • Support management with operational tasks as needed

  • Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, email, basic systems)

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Certificate or diploma in administration or office management, an advantage
  • 2+ years in an admin or operations support role
