Purpose of the Job
- Coordinate workflow, paperwork, and internal follow‑ups to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Delegate tasks effectively and act as the central point of control for daily operations.
- Track open jobs and administrative tasks.
- Maintain job files, monitor compliance, and ensure all Head Office requirements are met.
This role functions as the operational “brain” of the business.
