Introduction

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well‑established organisation in the lifting equipment industry to recruit an ADMINISTRATOR / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, based in PINETOWN. Salary: R12 000 – R18 000, depending on experience and qualifications.

 

About Our Client

Our client provides lifting equipment designed and manufactured for high speed and optimum flexibility. They also offer national repair and maintenance services.

 

Purpose of the Job

  • Coordinate workflow, paperwork, and internal follow‑ups to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and act as the central point of control for daily operations.
  • Track open jobs and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain job files, monitor compliance, and ensure all Head Office requirements are met.

This role functions as the operational “brain” of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Main Tasks

  • Manage workflow and documentation.
  • Track job progress and outstanding tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant job files.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Support operational processes and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning.
