Join Our Team! Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Multidisciplinary Clinic Are you organized, tech-savvy, professionally presented, and energized by a busy environment? Do you love seeing children and families thrive? We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our growing multidisciplinary clinic supporting autistic and neurodivergent children and youth! Our clinic supports children and families through a collaborative team of professionals. The front desk plays a vital role in creating a positive and supportive experience from the moment clients enter. It will be your role to make every single person who enters our door know that we are happy they are here, and here is where they will get what they need for their child. What You’ll Do: Greet children and families to create a welcoming environment Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage bookings using the Jane system Inventory Management Offer support with admin work, including Google Workspace, from document creation to managing systems Maintain the office, waiting area, and therapy spaces Schedule and post engaging social media content Work closely with a supportive clinical team What You Bring: A non-negotiable neurodivergent affirmative world view A large personality and a strong presence! Professional appearance Excellent computer skills, including Google Workspace, with social media confidence and creativity preferred Experience with the Jane booking system (or ability to learn quickly) Friendly, confident, and professional communication style, including exceptional AND errorless spoken and written English skills Excellent problem-solving skills Criminal record check (required) What We Offer: A supportive, flexible, fun working environment $22-$25 an hour Possibilities for expanded hours and roles An opportunity to be part of a team supporting neurodivergent children and youth to become who they were meant to be.
