Admin Specialist 3PL Warehousing

Duties Manage warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with EXTENSIV is a big Plus. Coordinate & Scheduling load & unload operations, and freight scheduling to ensure timely deliveries. Perform data entry tasks accurately within inventory management software systems to maintain real-time stock visibility. Oversee order picking & packing processes using RF scanners, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Support shipping & receiving functions by verifying shipment details, preparing documentation for trade compliance, and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations. Assist with stocking, packaging, and inventory management activities to optimize warehouse space and reduce stock discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with internal teams and external carriers regarding shipment statuses or issues. Experience Proven experience working in warehouse operations or logistics environments, . Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, preferably with EXTENSIV Hands-on experience with shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and the use of RF scanners or similar technology. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and order pickers safely is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock control, and compliance documentation. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to packaging or order quantities. Experience using XLS. Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to support team collaboration and external partner interactions.
