As the nation's premier provider of mission-critical vehicle upfitting solutions, we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager - Public Safety & Fleet Solutions - to join our growing team. You'll serve as a trusted resource for customers while acting as a key liaison between our outside sales team, internal departments, and the fleets we support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate and support outside sales representatives Manage, follow Up, and maintain customer accounts, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction Assist the outside sales team with quotes Help schedule installs and vehicle deliveries Process orders, generate quotes, and track shipments Answer incoming customer calls and assist walk-in customers Resolve customer issues in a professional manner Track customer order status and assist with post-sale questions Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and company offerings Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Qualifications: High School Diploma Account Management experience – a plus Experience in quoting, estimating, or customer service and sales support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Proficient in Salesforce Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central - preferred Knowledge of emergency vehicle upfitting components – a plus Benefits: $20–$22 per hour based on experience Full-Time/non-exempt Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Location: 3189 Franklin Limestone Road Antioch, TN, 37013 Equal Opportunity Employer: LEHR is an equal opportunity employer.
