Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic 53ft Truck Driver with a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to join our full-time team. In this vital role, you will operate tractor-trailers across various routes, including over-the-road (OTR) driving, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight. Your expertise in handling refrigerated, flatbed, or tanker trailers and navigating complex logistics will drive our mission to provide reliable and efficient service nationwide. Duties Safely operate 53ft tractor-trailers on diverse routes, including OTR and local deliveries Load and unload freight using manual handling techniques, adhering to safety standards Transport refrigerated, hazardous materials (Hazmat), or dangerous goods as required, following FMCSA and DOT regulations Use GPS navigation systems to plan optimal routes and ensure timely deliveries Manage logistics cargo handling, including securing loads for safe transport Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with FMCSA regulations Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with DOT standards Requirements Valid Class A CDL license with proven experience in commercial truck driving Demonstrated expertise in driving tractor-trailers, including manual transmission vehicles Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or hazardous materials transportation preferred Knowledge of FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and hazardous materials regulations Ability to handle freight manually and operate truck loading/unloading equipment safely Strong navigation skills using GPS systems for route planning and execution Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with DOT regulations Join us at GOFO Inc to be part of a dynamic team committed to redefining logistics through innovation, safety, and exceptional service delivery!
