5 Ton Truck Driver

TileTown is looking for a reliable, hardworking 5 Ton Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team! Key Responsibilities Drive a 5 ton truck throughout the city to pick up and transport orders between suppliers and locations. Safely load and unload tile and other materials. Build, wrap, and secure skids of tile for shipping and transportation. Operate a forklift and pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and truck. Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Assist with general warehouse duties as required. Requirements Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record Proven experience operating trucks of similar size (5-ton capacity) in a commercial setting Hands-on knowledge of forklift operation and freight handling procedures Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and transportation laws Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Physical stamina to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform routine vehicle inspections Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. What We Offer Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends!
