45 Ton Rigger/ Swamper

We are seeking a skilled 45 Ton Picker Swamper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials on job sites. This role requires a strong understanding of rigging techniques, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols. The Rigger will work closely with other team members to ensure that all lifting and hoisting operations are executed smoothly and safely. Successful candidates must also be willing to learn to drive pilot truck for over dimensional loads and do hotshot runs. Qualifications and Skills Previous Picker rigging and hoisting experience is an asset Ability to effectively build and assemble rigging setups for various applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Must have Reliable transportation. Valid Class 5 Drivers license with clean 3 year abstract.
