4-Night Work Week-Warehouse Truck Loader

A growing family-owned dairy distributor in the Grove City area is searching for an experienced Night Shift Loader. This position involves loading trucks, receiving, inventory counts, stocking, and other items as directed by the night shift Supervisor. Job Duties: -Truck Loading -Receiving management of goods -Maintain inventory counts, shortages, and load count. Abilities : -Ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales. -Strong organizational, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and follow-up. -Keep the warehouse organized and clean -Be on your feet the entire shift -Be able to lift up to 70 pounds -Have experience with RF (radio frequency) scanners -Stand-up forklift experience preferred; however, not required Work Environment: - Ability to work well with others. - Work in a fast-paced environment. - Be a team player and have a positive attitude. - In a 33° temperature-controlled environment Schedule: -Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday night Starting at 6:00 p.m. to completion; normally 4:30 a.m. Compensation: -Expected 1st Year Salary: $52,000.00 and up to $54,000.00 - 90-day, 6-month, and 1-year review with opportunities for pay increases.
