$30/Hr - LOCAL Full Time Semi Truck Driver

Job Summary Looking for a FULL TIME driver. Start time is 7am Mon-Fri. Shift can be 8-14 hour days. Pay is $30/hour straight time. Weekends off and Major Holidays off. Will be home everyday. Trailers are 53’s, Pups, or containers. ALL LOCAL. Available to start ASAP! Drop and hook with some live load and offload. Most times customer does the loading and unloading. Sometimes you may on/offload but never have to break down anything. Sometimes you may sit at a customer for a few hours as well. ***OUR UNITS ARE EQUIPPED WITH FORWARD FACING AND CABIN FACING CAMERAS > DO NOT APPLY IF THIS IS A ISSUE FOR YOU.*** ***WE DO NOT HIRE SAP INDIVIDUALS. IF YOU ARE ON SAP (meaning you have tested positive on a drug test and on the program still), PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNTIL YOU HAVE FULLY COMPLETED THE PROGRAM.*** Responsibilities Operate a Semi-Truck and Trailer in a safe and professional manner. Execute route driving to deliver freight to specified locations while maintaining accurate delivery schedules and professionalism at customers. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain cleanliness inside the cabins AT ALL TIMES. COMMUNICATION COMMUNICATION COMMUNICATION is key . Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise during transport. Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling freight to minimize risks on the road. Requirements Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the vehicle type being operated. 2 YEARS with CDL required. Proven experience with truck and trailer. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations while on the road. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within our team environment. ZERO TOLERANCE. We do not tolerate bad apples, attitudes, or disrespectful behavior whether it is with a customer or another employee as it can jeopardize accounts, not only affecting you, but the company and other employees all together.
