2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd shift WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory. This is a second shift position and is a great opportunity to make a daily impact by directly overseeing warehouse associates while having the opportunity to create training and employee engagement programs that help in the growth of our employees. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will Ensure retail and freight orders are shipped out promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction Troubleshoot orders with issues Train department leads to use new processes Work with personnel to find ways to increase productivity while ensuring safety is a top concern Enforce company guidelines and safety requirements Oversee employees by enforcing all company guidelines, and safety requirements Prioritize duties based on daily workload Effectively communicate any concerns or issues that arise during the shift with any and all relevant parties i.e. supervisors, management, HR, etc. Communicate through email assisting CSRs with questions or concerns pertaining to customer orders Understand how to troubleshoot the conveyer system Accept any special tasks or duties that management requests Create a positive work environment for everyone Oversee special projects as needed Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualifications Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills Ability to communicate work instructions and feedback in a simple and respectful manner Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries Ability to detect shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss Dependable, with an excellent attendance record Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills Ability to communicate work instructions and feedback in a simple and respectful manner Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse software Authorized to work in the United States Why you’ll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
