Position Summary RBC AeroStructures is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our growing 2nd shift team. This position plays a critical role in supporting production and customer delivery requirements by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and products. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments ranging from small parcels to large freight deliveries and raw material bundles. Schedule Full-Time 2nd Shift (3pm - 11PM) Overtime available as needed Some Essential Responsibilities Receive incoming raw materials, parts, and supplies; inspect shipments for accuracy and visible damage Unload and process freight deliveries, parcel shipments, and vendor materials Pull materials and components for production work orders and deliver them to designated areas on the manufacturing floor Package, label, and prepare finished products and materials for shipment according to company and customer requirements Build and assemble wooden shipping crates and containers using carpentry and power tools Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory transactions and shipping documentation Organize materials and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Basic math skills, including counting, measuring, and inventory verification Basic computer proficiency: experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Preferred Qualifications 1 to 3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience Previous experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment Technical school certification or related training is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and lifting Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds independently; heavier items require team lifting or mechanical assistance Ability to safely use hand and power tools, including drills and saws Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment Why Join Our Team?
