Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a 2nd Shift Packer/Stocker, working from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, stocking, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. . This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse logistics, heavy equipment operation, and inventory control within a fast-paced distribution setting. Duties Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the warehouse Pick and pack orders accurately using barcode scanning technology for logistics and order fulfillment processes Stock shelves and storage areas efficiently while maintaining proper inventory levels in the warehouse management system (WMS) Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure packaging standards are met before shipment Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and manual handling techniques for heavy lifting Support warehouse distribution tasks such as load planning, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure order accuracy and safety compliance Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform manual handling tasks safely throughout the shift, lift up to 50lbs, bend, crawl, climb Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment at all times This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in warehouse logistics while contributing to a team dedicated to excellence.
