Approximately 50% of our deliveries are routed to the East Coast, while another 30% are delivered to Texas, Wisconsin, and destinations east of Illinois extending south to Texas. The remaining 20% consist of customer-specific deliveries that can be located anywhere across the United States and Canada. Because our routes are determined by customer demand, we cannot guarantee specific regions, states, or travel preferences. To be successful with our company, you must be comfortable traveling long distances, crossing multiple states, and accepting loads in any direction when they become available. Flexibility is essential, as opportunities and earning potential are greatest for drivers who are willing to go wherever the freight needs to be delivered. We currently do not have a load board. We are a smaller, growing company, and as our driver network continues to grow, we plan to implement a load board in the future. For now, loads are assigned directly to drivers based on what we have available, along with the driver's equipment, location, and the needs of the shipment. We do our best to keep our drivers moving and provide consistent opportunities as freight becomes available. As Can Am Transport continues to grow, our goal is to have more loads available and eventually move to a load board system that gives drivers more visibility and flexibility. Pay Rates (Per Mile): Regular Rates (Janurary - June & September - December) Travel Trailers: $1.95+ 5th Wheels: $2.05+ Park Models: $2.15+ Custom Oversize CDL Trailers: $2.75+ No Drive-Aways (We do not get Class A Motorhomes, or Class B Motor Vans) Fuel Prices & Our Commitment to You We know fuel prices constantly fluctuate, and we understand the impact that can have on our drivers.
