We are looking for an experienced Cargo Agent to join our team and provide our customers with exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing cargo at the airport and on-site. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to follow instructions. We expect you to be reliable and responsible. If you are patient, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible with the following:
• Customer service (telephone and front desk)
• Preparing the assigned airline documents and manifests accurately and promptly
• Registering air cargo information to the Canadian Border Services Agency with different custom-reporting software
• Imports and exports documentation data entry
• Requirements :Speak Fluent English
• Have excellent communications skills and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Working knowledge of office equipment
• Prefer to hold a valid driver license
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Have the ability to work a variety of shift, as assigned. Nights, Weekends, Stat Holidays.
• Must pass Transport Canada Background Security Clearance Must be either Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen and able to work legally in Canada.
