Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Yard Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be vital to the efficient operation of our yard, handling heavy equipment, managing materials, and supporting the overall logistics of our construction and landscaping projects. Your efforts will contribute directly to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Duties Load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and clamp trucks Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments accurately Pick orders efficiently for delivery or job site use, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Assist with shipping and receiving processes to maintain smooth logistics flow Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols Maintain yard cleanliness and organization to promote safety and efficiency Support construction-related activities with mechanical knowledge and equipment operation Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse distribution or construction environments is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is highly desirable Valid certification for forklift operation, crane use, or clamp trucks is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with warehouse management systems or similar software is advantageous Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory management Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment throughout shifts Join us as a Yard Worker and become an essential part of a dedicated team committed to quality craftsmanship.
