Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Yard & Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure seamless material flow for our team and job sites.

• Safely operate forklifts and other yard equipment after receiving proper certification.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against bills of lading or purchase orders.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to the manager on site.
• Perform regular yard and warehouse housekeeping duties, including grass cutting and trimming, and snow removal.
• Maintain clear and safe aisles, walkways, and loading zones.
• Follow and promote all company health and safety policies, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use and hazard reporting.
• Participate in training sessions and toolbox talks as scheduled.
• Support other tasks or departments as required by Management
Qualifications & Requirements
• Valid G Class Driver’s License in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail paired with excellent communication skills
• Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and advance within the company (such as pursuing Generator Technician training)
• Prior experience operating a skid steer is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

• Bracebridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
