Ensure daily activities are conducted in accordance with PCL HSE manuals and Denver Yard HSE Plan. Coordinate yard courier truck and third party deliveries Additional duties include: Supervise temp labor and contractors working at the yard. Train, monitor and evaluate hourly employees Ensure manpower levels are appropriate to meet the level of yard activity Develop organizational plan for the effective and safe storage of equipment and materials Contribute to the development of process improvements.
