You will help generate new customers for our permanent holiday lighting services by preparing yard signs for use and strategically placing them in approved, high-visibility locations. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling and earning potential based on the number of signs you place. Responsibilities Assemble yard signs so they are ready for placement. Place yard signs in approved, high-visibility locations throughout assigned neighborhoods. Follow assigned routes and placement guidelines. Pin and track every yard sign location on a map using your smartphone. Ensure signs are placed neatly, securely, and in appropriate locations. Submit your completed map and placement totals for verification. Work efficiently to maximize the number of signs placed per hour. Pay and Earning Potential Earn $1.50 for every yard sign you place. You are paid weekly based on your verified sign placements. Your hourly earnings depend on how quickly and efficiently you work. Placing 10 signs per hour earns you $15 per hour. Placing 15 signs per hour earns you $22.50 per hour. Placing 20 signs per hour earns you $30 per hour. These are examples of potential earnings, not guaranteed hourly rates. Actual earnings depend on driving distance, placement locations, and work pace. Applicable minimum-wage requirements will be met for all hours worked. Requirements Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Smartphone with GPS and the ability to pin locations on a map. Ability to work independently and follow assigned routes.
