Yard Operations & Customer Service Associate

Position Highlights: Immediate start available Combination of hands-on equipment work and office support Stable, family-run operation Team-oriented environment Primary Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in person and by phone as a pleasant, professional representative of Brown Farms Sod, LLC Operate skid steers to safely and efficiently load and unload pallets of sod Assist with scheduling, logistics, and billing Keep the yard, office, and facility clean, organized, and presentable Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Assist with general office tasks as needed Pitch in wherever needed and as asked to support daily operations Complete other duties as assigned Requirements: Friendly, professional demeanor with customers Experience operating skid steers, including handling pallets Willingness to help in any area of the business and take direction well Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions Team player with a positive attitude Bonus Skills (Not Required): CDL, or ability to operate trucks to fill in in a pinch Basic mechanical skills Experience with scheduling, dispatch, or invoicing Pay: Dependent on experience If you’re looking for steady work with a company that values its employees and the work they do, apply today.
