Yard Operations Associate

Job Overview Christensen’s Plant and Hardscape Center is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our Plymouth team as a Yard Operations Associate. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working in a busy, wholesale nursery and landscape supply operation. You'll help pull and stage orders, load customer and company trucks, receive incoming plant material, care for nursery inventory and keep the yard organized, safe and moving. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Full-time seasonal position with consistent hours during the busy season. Some Saturdays and overtime may be required during peak periods. What You'll Do Pull and stage trees, shrubs, perennials and related materials for customer orders Load customer vehicles and company delivery trucks Unload incoming material Organize and maintain nursery inventory Water and care for plant material as assigned Help customers locate and load materials Operate carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, loaders and other yard equipment as assigned Keep sales, loading and work areas clean, organized and safe Assist with seasonal setup, cleanup and general yard operations as needed What We're Looking For: Dependable, on time and ready to work Comfortable with physical outdoor work in changing weather Able to safely lift and move plant material and other products Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail when pulling, staging and loading orders Comfortable working around trucks and equipment Nursery, landscaping, agriculture, construction, warehouse or equipment experience a plus We will train the right person who is willing to learn Why Work Here: Work with a knowledgeable team in a fast-moving wholesale nursery and landscape supply operation This is a good opportunity for someone who likes working outdoors, staying busy, learning equipment and plant material and taking on more responsibility over time Apply today if you're dependable, ready to work and want to be part of a strong yard operations team.
