Yard Manager Company: Blueprint Energy Partners II, LLC Location: Williston, North Dakota Starting Salary: $84,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time About the Position Blueprint Energy Partners II, LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Yard Manager to oversee day-to-day yard and shop operations at our Williston, ND location. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient yard, managing inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, operating equipment, and ensuring the shop and yard are properly maintained. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, can manage multiple priorities, and is interested in growing with the company. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory of equipment, tools, materials, and supplies Track all inventory entering and leaving the yard Coordinate and document incoming and outgoing shipments Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries Prepare equipment and materials for outgoing shipments and field operations Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records Operate loaders and other applicable yard equipment safely Load and unload trucks, equipment, and materials Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the yard and shop Oversee general shop maintenance and ensure maintenance needs are addressed promptly Monitor equipment condition and coordinate repairs or preventative maintenance as needed Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and accounted for Assist with coordinating daily yard activities and priorities Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively with management, field personnel, vendors, and drivers Identify opportunities to improve yard organization, inventory controls, and operational efficiency Perform additional duties as needed to support operations Qualifications Loader certification required Previous experience working in a yard, shop, warehouse, oilfield, or industrial environment preferred Inventory management and shipping/receiving experience preferred Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills Ability to safely operate loaders and other applicable equipment Basic knowledge of shop and equipment maintenance Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Ability to work in outdoor conditions common to the Williston, ND area Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $84,000 per year Blueprint Energy Partners II, LLC offers a competitive benefits package, including: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Blueprint Energy Partners II, LLC values employees who take initiative, demonstrate leadership, and help improve operations.
